Founder’s Corner
House of David, LLC was born from a simple but powerful observation: people were exhausted.
Across industries, Deniecea watched talented, capable individuals—professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs—struggle under the weight of burnout, overwhelm, and unrealized vision.
From the moment she entered her Master of Social Work program, she knew she wasn’t called to be a “traditional“ social worker. She respected the field deeply, but her purpose looked different. She wanted to create space for a niche that hadn’t been tapped into yet—where creativity, culture, emotional grounding, and strategic vision could coexist.
Throughout her clinical experiences and years working in mental health, crisis services, and community care, she witnessed firsthand how even the strongest individuals lacked the creative, emotional, and structural support needed to truly thrive. She began to see that Gen Z and Millennial professionals—ambitious, purpose-driven, vision-filled—were silently struggling. They carried big dreams and real responsibilities, yet had nowhere to turn for guidance that met both their humanity and their aspirations.
That realization became the foundation for House of David.
So if you ask, “How is a Social Worker a consultant?”
My answer is, “Why not a Social Worker?!”
I am a social worker — just not the kind you’ve seen before.

“People often ask me, with a Master’s in Social Work, why not stay a traditional social worker?
My answer is simple.— I didn’t leave Social Work, I expanded it.”
